Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Spring Lake Park Dispensary ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the website springlakeparkdispensary.com (the "Site") and our retail cannabis dispensary services.

By accessing or using our Site or services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our Site or services.

Eligibility

To use our Site and services, you must:

• Be legally permitted to purchase cannabis under Minnesota law
• Possess a valid government-issued photo identification
• Not be prohibited from purchasing cannabis under any applicable law
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these eligibility requirements or for any other lawful reason.

Products and Services

Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Cannabis Products

All cannabis products sold by Spring Lake Park Dispensary are intended for use only by adults 21 years of age or older in compliance with Minnesota law. Cannabis products:

• May not be resold or distributed to others
• May not be transported across state lines
• Must be consumed responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws
• Should be stored securely away from children and pets
• May have intoxicating effects that impair your ability to drive or operate machinery

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our Site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable state and local taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods, which may include cash, debit card, or CanPay.

Orders and Purchases

Online Orders

When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Order Pickup

Online orders must be picked up at our Spring Lake Park dispensary location. You must present valid government-issued photo identification proving you are 21 years of age or older at the time of pickup. We cannot release orders to anyone who fails to provide valid identification or does not meet age requirements.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of cannabis products and Minnesota state regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on cannabis products. If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we will work to address your concerns.

User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Site

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification
